New Farmers Full-Year Apprenticeship Program is designed to train new sustainable farmers and to give participants a strong introduction to the life of farming and the challenges and complexities of diverse sustainable farm systems. Details and application process
Seasonal Internship Program provides people who can’t commit a full year the opportunity to experience an abbreviated version of the New Farmers Full-Year Apprentice Program. During more active and warmer months, MITP Farm hosts Seasonal Interns for terms of various lengths. Details and application process
Short-Term, ‘WWOOF’er and Thru-Hiker Programs welcomes volunteers in the warmer months (April-November) and, as space allows, in the colder months (Nov.-April). Volunteers can expect to work from one to six days per week, with room for a more flexible schedule than interns. In addition to providing assistance to Full-Year Apprentices and Seasonal Interns, Short-term volunteers will be assigned shorter-term projects on a day-to-day basis. They get an intense, quick immersion into farm life. Details and application process
